Positions That May Be Available

West Bay Marina offers a variety of exciting roles to fit a range of skills and interests. Positions may include:

• Marina Staff: Help boaters dock, launch, and navigate our facilities with ease.
• RV Park Hosts: Provide a warm welcome to RV guests and assist with their needs.
• Customer Service Representatives: Be the friendly face at our front desk or ship store, assisting with reservations and guest inquiries.
• Grounds and Maintenance Crew: Keep our marina, park, and facilities clean, safe, and in tip-top shape.
• Boat Rental Specialists: Assist guests with pontoon boat rentals and ensure they have a smooth start to their lake adventure.
• Fishing Dock Coordinators: Help visitors enjoy our permit-only fishing dock and share tips for catching crappie!
• Restaurant Team Members: Join the fun at Big D’s BBQ & More where great food meets great vibes.  Call Big D's at (817) 897-2319 to inquire and apply.
• Event Staff: Help coordinate live music nights, group outings, and community events.
